I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out not expecting much. But the support team got back to me quickly and were genuinely nice about it. They didn’t make me jump through hoops or act like I was being difficult, which I really appreciated. It’s just basic decency to help someone out when something goes wrong, and they did exactly that. Really easy to deal with and a good experience overall.

It arrived in good shape, so I’ll give them that. The shipping just took a little longer than the tracking originally promised, which was annoying, but at least the package managed to show up without any other drama

I picked up the Snow whitening kit a few months back, kind of at the worst time because my schedule got hectic right after, so I wasn’t as consistent with it as I planned. Even with that, the kit still works like it did when I first opened it. The mouthpiece feels sturdy, and the gel syringes haven’t leaked or dried out on me.
I’ve used it a decent amount whenever I could squeeze it in, and I’ve still noticed gradual results without any weird sensitivity or issues. For the price, I’m happy with it, and if my timing had been better, I probably would’ve seen results even sooner

Checkout was really simple and I didn’t run into any issues. a couple of the extra prompts felt unnecessary, but overall it was quick and easy
